Testicular cancer
Mostly patients present with mass felt in the testes. This condition has excellent prognosis and can be potentially cured if detected and managed early.
High Inguinal Orchiectomy
This procedure involves removal of testes with tumor with small cut in the groin. The pathologist then reports the nature and grade of the disease and further course of treatment may range from regular observation to abdominal surgery (to remove residual disease).
