Phimosis

Some patients may have tight foreskin, which does not retract over the glans. This may cause recurring urinary infections, poor urinary flow or pain during sexual intercourse. Surgical correction by circumcision leads to marvellous outcomes. Circumcision is a simple procedure involving the removal of foreskin. It may be done under local anesthesia. Patient can go home the same day and resume his routine activities.
